Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Heights Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales floor staff to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will work under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
