Job Title: English Teacher/Tutor - Part-time Opportunity

About the Role: We are seeking a part-time English Teacher/Tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

Responsibilities:

* Teach English language arts to students in a part-time capacity
* Work directly with students as an Interactive Coach
* Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
* Fill in post-lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates
* Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
* Teaching certification an asset
* Good knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 12 curriculum
* Some experience teaching/tutoring at a Kindergarten to Grade 12 (or equivalent) level
* Strong English written and oral communication skills and ability to guide students' understanding
* Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time
