Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong communication channels between management, lab staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively address and resolve internal and external issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and mentor Sample Preparation technicians, fostering their growth and expertise.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee safety procedures and policies, creating a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Actively participate in incident management and contribute to comprehensive safety training programs.

About You:

  • Possess proven experience in staff management and training within a laboratory setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, prioritizing clear and effective communication.
  • Exhibit excellent computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of office-related experience.
  • An Office Administration certificate is preferred.
  • Experience in Health, Safety, or Environment programs is highly valued.
