About the Role

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as the Head of Support Operations. This role requires a strong analytical mind and a deep understanding of the software industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Field Sales to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive efficiencies within our sales operations.
  • Enforce CRM hygiene, analyze trends, and ensure alignment across all revenue functions.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align revenue goals with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of at least [X] years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making and advanced proficiency in analytical tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and senior leadership to drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
