The Analyst must communicate effectively and strategically, delivering complex information in a diplomatic and concise manner to all stakeholders. They will investigate situations as necessary, liaise with HR Specialty Teams and Service areas to resolve issues, and identify when support from HR Advisors is needed. Maintaining current knowledge in areas such as Recruitment and Staffing, Compensation, Employee and Labour Relations, and Position Management is essential. This position embodies the Human Resources Philosophy of 'any door is the right door' by ensuring all client inquiries are resolved or seamlessly directed to the appropriate HR or related personnel.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a Human Resources capacity is essential. Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Human Resource Management Information Systems (e-People/PeopleSoft), is crucial.

A strong capacity for patience and flexibility in assisting stakeholders through processes is necessary. Excellent teamwork, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. The ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships across all organizational levels is vital. A client-focused orientation and commitment to delivering quality services are essential. Professionalism and adaptability to changing priorities in a busy, detail-oriented work environment are required. Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals, ideally within a unionized environment, is preferred. A strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives with internal and external stakeholders is essential. Flexibility to navigate varied scenarios and competing priorities daily is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Human Resources within a large, complex, and diverse organization is preferred; experience in healthcare and/or union environments is an asset. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. A demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development is advantageous. Familiarity with administrative policies, procedures, and standards related to staffing, recruitment, employee, and labour relations is preferred.
