About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, CAN. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stockroom and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process shipments, accurately maintain inventory records, and maintain the stockroom.
  • Implement efficient handling of stockroom organization, including style, size, and color, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Exceed completion of shipments, transfers, damages, and donations guidelines.
  • Ensure replenishment is done daily and markdowns are audited within company guidelines.
  • Comply with all Levi's Stores policy, procedure, and programs, and follow directives of store management.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is able to work independently and collaboratively with others. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to meet our needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Proficient in technology and able to learn new tools.
