Job Summary:

Destination Auto Group is seeking a highly adaptable and multifaceted Automotive Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring used vehicles from customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to bring them in to purchase their used vehicles.
  • Manage a call list and generate leads with the support of management.
  • Operate in a professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge of all vehicle makes and models, including competitive brands.

Requirements:

  • Able to welcome customers to the dealership as if it were your own home.
  • Prior automotive experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Many of our team members have had previous experience in retail, electronics, telephone sales, food & beverage, and hospitality.
  • Able to follow policies and procedures.
  • Socially focused and able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to qualify for a VSA license and/or already have one.
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class.
  • Able to speak Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
