Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Import/Export Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with the growth and development of our import/export business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of import/export operations, including the management of customer relationships and the negotiation of trade agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of customers and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
