Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dominos Pizza of Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This is a on-site position, requiring the ability to work at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
