Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Golden Gate Construction Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Construction Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, underground, and in confined spaces. You will also be exposed to noisy, dusty, and hot conditions.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
Language and Work Hours:
