Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team at Golden Gate Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Labourer will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, reading blueprints, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
