Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Slave Lake. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as toiletries and towels
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time
