We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Slave Lake. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the hotel
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
