Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled Dry Waller/Painter to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting drywall to ensure seamless finishes. You'll also perform demos on properties and rebuilds, using a variety of tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting drywall to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Performing demos on properties and rebuilds, using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Heavy lifting, up to 50lbs, and moving equipment as needed.
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, both inside and out.
- Ensuring safety at each work site, following Occupational Health and Safety Codes and company policies.
- Reporting job progress to Project Managers and providing updates through pictures, paperwork, and job forms.
- Assessing job scopes, setting up equipment, and taking water readings as required.
- Having a Class 5 driver's license, a clean criminal record, and being bondable.
- Working an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.
- Being a pleasant and happy individual who can work well with homeowners and the ServiceMaster team.
