About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters. As a key member of our retail salon team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: You will have a deep understanding of our beauty products and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to our clients.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing a 5-star customer experience to every client, ensuring that they leave our salon feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Sales Performance: You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with our team to achieve our business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, supporting each other to achieve our goals.
  • Continuous Learning: You will be committed to ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.

About You:

We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our beauty products. You will have previous experience in the customer service, sales, or retail industry, and be confident in your ability to exceed sales targets.
