About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at 1347541 B.C Ltd as a Delivery Courier. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver items to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Payment and Invoicing: Accept payment or invoices for items delivered, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products, ensuring they are properly configured and ready for use.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods, taking care to handle items with care and attention to detail.
  • Package Sorting: Sort packages for delivery, ensuring they are properly labeled and ready for transport.
  • Navigation and Record Keeping: Follow directions and read maps to navigate to delivery locations, recording trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems that may arise.
  • Financial Transactions: Pay and receive payments for goods, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Courier company environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
