Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at B.C Ltd. As a key member of our courier company, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items to customers and clients.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer professional and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage Payments and Invoices: Accept payment or invoices for items delivered and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe handling.
  • Sort and Organize Packages: Sort packages for delivery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow Directions and Read Maps: Follow directions and read maps to navigate routes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Record Trip Information: Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Courier company environment.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
