Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Assess daily performance and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Organize and plan daily activities to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee staff management and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand and sales potential.
  • Identify merchandise and services to enhance our offerings.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Manage budgets while monitoring revenue and expenses.
  • Determine staffing needs and resolve operational issues.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
  • Oversee payroll and administrative functions.
  • Supervise both office and volunteer personnel.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
