About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed reports of your findings
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment

You will be working in a shopping centre or mall, with the ability to use public transportation and own transportation. Travel expenses will not be paid by the employer.
