About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. As a Mystery Shopping Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Produce reports on your findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced shopping centre or mall environment, interacting with customers and store staff. You will need to be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.

Hours of Work
