Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway Sandwich and Salad. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks, according to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and condiments, as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the counter, dining area, and kitchen.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Overtime: Be available to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, including food preparation and cleaning, for extended periods.
Language and Availability

  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and weekends.
