Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our customer service and fulfillment team, you will be responsible for picking and packing online grocery delivery orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring a high-quality standard and adherence to strict safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and attention to detail to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers.
  2. Pack orders with precision, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  3. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  4. Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
  5. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  7. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
