Pick and Pack Online Grocery Delivery Orders Pick and pack online grocery delivery orders with high quality and accuracy, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, and ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
