Job Title: Private Banking Fulfillment Officer

Job Summary:

The Private Banking Fulfillment Officer plays a critical role in supporting the Private Banking business by delivering operational expertise and support to enable the fulfillment of client requests in an effective, efficient, and client-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior execution and delivery of client transactions and maintenance in an efficient manner
  • Act as the problem resolution champion leveraging appropriate partners to resolve client concerns
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational processes, including account opening and maintenance
  • Identify and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Superior client servicing skills and professional attitude at all times
  • Solid experience in branch operations including all Service Platform transactions, wire payments, foreign exchange contracts, CART, Sales Platform account openings, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
