Job SummaryWe're seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team. As an RPN, you'll play a vital role in providing care to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinics, and retirement homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV medications, and re-sites
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Travel to patients' homes and other care settings
- Diploma in RPN program or equivalent
- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
- Updated immunization records, including TB test within the last 6 months
- Clear criminal background checks and Vulnerable Sector checks
