Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer with expertise in Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Corporate and Business Law to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in these areas of law and will be committed to providing high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Advise clients on estate planning, draft wills, and manage estate administration.
  • Provide counsel on corporate and business law matters, including incorporations, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and provide detailed legal opinions.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, wills and estates, corporate and business law.
  • Strong knowledge of Ontario laws and regulations pertaining to these practice areas.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a dynamic office environment.
