We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our Atlantic Retail team in Halifax. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building and supporting relationships with key customers, ensuring brilliant execution, and installing/ replacing/updating point-of-sale material.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.
- Ensure product standards are met and executed flawlessly.
- Install, replace, or update point-of-sale material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or brand strategy.
- Set up displays that have been previously negotiated at head office or store level, ensuring current point-of-sale material is visible.
- Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance.
- Rotate product and check code dates to ensure no expired product is available for sale.
- Check pricing to ensure compliance and correct if necessary.
- Observe and record competitive activity and report accordingly.
- Ensure product quality in assigned accounts, including out-of-code product and torn packaging.
- Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale material from Molson Coors warehouse.
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the Molson organization or other consumer packaged goods organization.
- Valid provincial driver's license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
