Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Ricki's/Bootlegger. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Support store operations, including achieving sales goals and ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Provide coaching and encouragement to customer-focused sales associates
- Drive business results through effective leadership and sales strategies
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
- Participate in merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation according to company standards
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide supervision to the store team, guiding and training them to achieve great results
- Experienced retail associate with leadership skills and ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent sales skills and commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Interest in fashion and eye for style
- Committed to teamwork and ability to apply company philosophy
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds)
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
