Position Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
Work Environment

This position is situated in a dynamic retail business where customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in the sale of merchandise while providing excellent customer service.
  • Prepare detailed reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising strategies, and personnel matters.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 employees.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
