Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B.C. LTD.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a focus on English language communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, returns, and inventory management
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels and product quality
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, promoting a positive work environment
- Participate in government or community programs supporting newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered
