Job Title: Business Development Officer

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement business plans, and negotiate contracts.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
