The Senior Finance Operations Analyst role is a key position within our Technology Finance Team, primarily focusing on the Wireless CAPEX portfolio. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Technology Finance, the ideal candidate will utilize their technical expertise and communication skills to ensure precise and timely CAPEX reporting. This role is vital in the forecasting and variance analysis process, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the financial operations by preparing and reviewing month-end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.

• Provide insightful commentary on financial outcomes and key business metrics, driving continuous improvement within the finance team.

• Collaborate with essential business partners and finance leadership, effectively communicating key trends and business impacts.

• Develop and produce dashboards and scorecard reports for management use, assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packages.

• Conduct month-end variance analysis and provide commentary against budgets and forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities.

• Support financial modeling and decision-making processes for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in a business-related field, preferably in Accounting or Finance, along with a professional accounting designation (CPA) or MBA.

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, and familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational capabilities.

• Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of engaging with both business and finance leaders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
