About the Role

GARY SANDHU DEVELOPMENT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is a safe environment for all employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
