About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team at 1235321 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Quality Control: Weigh materials and goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Labeling and Packaging: Make labels and attach them to goods, as well as wrap and pack goods for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Sort, crate, and stack goods to maintain a well-organized inventory.
  • Installation and Securing: Install, lash, and secure goods to ensure safe transportation.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads and working in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency required.
