Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Premium Bartender - Hospitality Expert to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests in premium areas of our venue. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position that requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide premium level beer and alcohol service to guests in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Communicate effectively with guests and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively as a key member of a larger team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of our venue

Requirements

  • Experience as a bartender with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a premium setting
  • Ability to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Vast knowledge of alcohol beverages and drink recipes
  • General wine knowledge and the ability to assist guests with wine selections
  • Valid Serving it Right Certificate
