POSITION OVERVIEW

Elite Mixologists are tasked with delivering exceptional beverage service to our patrons in exclusive sections of the venue. This role is part-time and event-driven, focusing on providing a high-quality experience.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering top-tier beverage service to guests in premium lounges and dining areas
• Engaging with patrons and addressing their inquiries
• Collaborating effectively as a vital member of a larger team, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
• Performing additional tasks as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in customer service within a high-end environment
• Minimum age requirement of 19 years
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with flexible start times
• Capability to safely lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to remain on feet during shifts and endure repetitive movements such as walking, reaching, and bending
• Exceptional capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while ensuring a premier hospitality experience
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
• Extensive knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with wine and the skill to assist guests in selecting wines
• A polished, professional appearance that meets high standards of service
• A valid Serving it Right Certificate is mandatory
