- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell and promote menu items and specials to increase sales and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
