IT Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to join our team at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing life cycle management of information technology solutions to support the core components of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated computer-based information solutions for business and operations processes.
- Conduct analysis of customer requirements and produce functional specifications for satisfactory information solutions.
- Oversee the evolution of existing information systems and tools related to market operation, supply, security, and settlement services.
- Identify opportunities for information solutions that provide effective and economic benefits for customers.
- Monitor and oversee assigned projects for the development and expansion of information systems and tools.
- Strong academic knowledge of computer science and associated subjects.
- Significant exposure to the overall power system operation and electricity market operation.
- Specific experience in positions related to power system operation and market operation.
