Key Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated retail experience, ideally within the cosmetics sector.
  2. Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and tailored customer service.
  3. Prior supervisory experience with a successful history of coaching and mentoring team members to meet sales and service goals.
  4. Experience in retail operations, including inventory oversight and cash management.
  5. Willingness to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Applicants must provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if selected for an interview.

Anticipated Hourly Range: $21.15 to $31.73 (based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Aveda offers a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. The company maintains competitive incentive compensation programs, with role eligibility varying based on specific plan terms.

Eligibility for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan may be available, with details provided during the onboarding process.
