Head of Partnerships - Canada

Location: Ebury Toronto - office based

Position Overview

As a key member of the indirect sales Partnerships team in Canada, you will be part of one of the most rapidly growing sectors within the company, achieving significant year-on-year growth. In your role as Head of Partnerships in Canada, you will play an essential role by conducting independent research, establishing and securing new partnerships, and overseeing all associated client referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new Introducer Brokers to expand our partner network.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with existing White Label Partners while also onboarding new partners.
  • Generate referrals for substantial private client transactions, including overseas property acquisitions.
  • Manage the entire client referral process from initial qualification to successful closure.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and promote cross-selling opportunities with current clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader team and provide updates on sales performance.
