Key Responsibilities- Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Process patient files and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and their families.
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
