Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Azzi Physiotherapy Professional Corporation. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative and clinical support to our physiotherapists and occupational therapists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Process patient files and paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of our clinic.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certificates are required.
  • Language: Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
