Job Responsibilities- Install and troubleshoot electrical components in various structures
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary PPE
- Provide excellent customer service and present a positive attitude
- Test and measure electrical systems using various tools
- Lead and instruct apprentices
- Ensure punctual and reliable presence on worksites
- Understand and apply Arc Flash and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures
- Red-Seal Journeyperson Electrician Certificate
- Valid Class B FSR (asset)
- Extensive knowledge of CEC
- Commercial/residential construction experience required
- Basic hand tools and cordless power tools
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (preferred)
- Willingness to work out of town, longer shifts, and/or evening shifts
We are currently hiring for Journeyperson Electricians in Rossland, BC and surrounding areas. Compensation for this role is $36/hour, health and dental benefits, and RRSP matching after one year. Total compensation is over $38.83/hour.
