Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 5514 Nunavut inc. in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure seamless service.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.
- Flexibility and dependability to meet the needs of the team and customers.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with extended periods of standing and physical demands. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:54 to 72 hours per week.
