KIMDO SERVICES LTD. is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas, and provide basic information as needed.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
