Your role involves gathering requirements from both industry stakeholders and customers, steering the development and rollout of features, including third-party integrations, and leading the market introduction of innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and compile product requirements Identify market trends and articulate product vision and strategy Collaborate closely with engineering teams to determine optimal technical implementation methods and timelines Work with marketing to establish product positioning, messaging, and collateral Partner with internal and external stakeholders to refine features that complement our solutions Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch for both developer-facing and user-facing products and features related to third-party integrations Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance product development processes and expedite time-to-market Engage with key stakeholders, including customers and app integrators, to gather insights, feedback, and requirements that inform product development and enhancements Foster strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments and effective communication of product objectives and milestones Support technical partnerships with external entities to promote collaborative initiatives and drive innovation Identify and communicate potential risks to stakeholders, develop risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate solutions Establish success criteria and metrics for projects/initiatives to assist software development teams in making data-driven decisionsRequired Competencies:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational capabilities Self-motivated individual who can work independently and drive projects to completion Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in developing products for various personas, particularly in data integration Ability to approach requirements from the customer perspective, particularly regarding UX and UI design Develop and evaluate business cases for new product development, enhancements to existing products, and new market solutionsRequired Experience:
At least five (5) years of experience in product management roles within the B2B technology sector, with a proven history of managing and enhancing SaaS products or platforms. Proficient in API concepts and experienced in collaborating with developers for API integrations Experience in conducting user research, gathering feedback, and utilizing data to inform product decisions that improve user experience Demonstrated experience in managing app marketplaces or similar ecosystems within the technology sector Familiarity with user-centered design principles for SaaS products Experience applying modern agile project management practices to design, deliver, and continuously enhance high-quality digital products and services.
