About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dry Cleaning Delivery Specialist at Fishman's Personal Care Cleaners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch, maintaining accurate records of items received and delivered.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and multitasking skills.
