Position Overview:

As a key member of the Finance Department, the Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A and Corporate Development. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives that support the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Director of FP&A to implement ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Facilitate the annual budgeting process by engaging with regional controllers, department leaders, and the executive team to create thorough and precise budgets.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and KPI dashboards to aid in both short-term and long-term forecasting, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular analysis of actual financial outcomes versus forecasts, delivering actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and financial results.
  • Assist in the monitoring of critical financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate the overall financial health of the organization.
  • Work alongside the regional FP&A team and cross-functional departments to analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and economic indicators, anticipating their potential effects on the company's financial standing.
  • Engage with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and HR, to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Work Environment: The finance team operates in a hybrid model, requiring two days in the office and three days remote each week.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL, PowerBI, or other FP&A planning tools is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and modeling capabilities, with the skill to convert complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate intricate financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
  • Proven initiative and team leadership abilities, promoting a collaborative and results-driven work culture.
