Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
Work Environment:

As a Baker at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and dependability.
  • Strong judgement and reliability skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
