Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and process orders and directives received from clients.
  • Formulate specific strategies to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Organize and manage tasks to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate logistical activities to enhance efficiency.
  • Review the type and quantity of materials needed for production and other projects.
  • Track and finalize work orders.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments or work units.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials across departments.
  • Perform routine clerical and administrative duties.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and production drawings.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Organize warehouse and operational areas.
  • Conduct general office tasks.
  • Resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Recruit and onboard new staff.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production teams.
  • Manage the flow of supplies and materials.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule runs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor production progress and provide updates.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Communicate effectively with transportation operators and remote teams.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues related to work orders.
  • Keep accurate records of shipments.
  • Possess knowledge of trucking regulations and compliance.
  • Operate communication equipment effectively.
  • Process and relay information to coordinate vehicle operators and crews.
  • Record operational metrics such as mileage and fuel usage.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
